I've lived this twice.
In October 2012, Superstorm Sandy flooded my garage on Staten Island. The water washed away things I had held onto for years, before I understood the pattern in myself.
In 2024, my mother died, and I had to clear her apartment fast. I filled black garbage bags with her things. While she was dying, I also gained 15 pounds, and I've been working on letting go of that weight too.
Two years later, I'm still working through those bags, thinning them out a little at a time. My goal is to have them empty by the end of this year. That's why I'm inviting you to join me in clearing space in your life for a new, lighter you.
I won't stand in front of you as someone who has this all figured out. I'm walking this road too, with the tools that keep me walking: Faith, Positive Intelligence, Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Qigong training I've practiced since 2007.
