Terms of Service

Welcome to S.I. Dragon Lifestyle LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using this website, services, coaching programs, or content, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

Dragon Lifestyle offers personal and group coaching, courses, and workshops focused on wellness, mindset, and financial empowerment. Coaching is a collaborative process intended for personal and professional development.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

Mayra Sanchez is a Holistic Wisdom Strategist and certified Dragon's Way Qigong® instructor, not a licensed therapist, psychologist, financial advisor or medical professional. Coaching services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. If you are in crisis or need mental health support, please contact a licensed professional or emergency service in your area.

4. Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge that your results depend on your own effort, motivation, and commitment. We cannot guarantee outcomes, and any success stories shared are examples, not promises of results.

You agree to:

• Participate actively and honestly in all sessions.
• Communicate cancellations or reschedules at least 24 hours in advance.
• Honor session times and financial commitments.

5. Payments & Cancellations

• All coaching sessions must be paid prior to the scheduled meeting unless otherwise arranged.
• Cancellations: Must be made with 24-hour notice to avoid being charged.
• No-Shows: Will be charged the full session fee.
• Inappropriate Conduct: We reserve the right to end services if a client engages in disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared in coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except as required by law (e.g., threats of harm to self or others).

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, exercises, PDFs, and website content are the property of S.I. Dragon Lifestyle LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

S.I. Dragon Lifestyle LLC and Mayra Sanchez are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Coaching is a self-directed process and results vary.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Trademarks and Affiliations

Dragon's Way Qigong® is a registered trademark of the TCM World Foundation. Mayra Sanchez is a certified Dragon's Way Qigong® instructor, trained by Qigong Grandmaster and O.M.D. Nan Lu.

Ramsey, Ramsey Solutions and the Baby Steps are trademarks of their owner. Mayra Sanchez completed Ramsey's Financial Coach Master Training on November 30, 2017, and is not employed by or acting on behalf of Ramsey Solutions.
